This novel is set in the days immediately before and immediately after the enforcement of the law have occurred.
Full of character and realized that drunken, crazy cowboys, drinking whiskey out of wood, Lawyers, is good and bad, which is a damn good book to read. It is historically accurate and clearly explores one of the last great big rip-off of the Indians by the U.S. government.

This is the first book by Rick Steber have read and I read most of them. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys reading about the West, for those interested in American history, and I think it would be a good book for teachers and their students in grades show dealing with Native America, the reserves of the 1960s. An excellent book by a talented writer.
